Monthly/Bi-weekly Basic Cleans
Maintenance clean on all rooms of your home which will include;
Sweeping, Mopping, and dusting. All trash will be taken out & beds will be turned down
Deep Clean/Market Ready
Includes a Basic Clean in all rooms of your home plus;
Baseboards, Window Sills, Blinds (unless they are delicate) Ceiling Fans, Light Fixtures, Front of cabinets, and inside of stove. Any client who receives a deep clean your home will be maintained as needed for all the above items if you move forward with recurring service.
Move in/ Move out
Your home will receive a deep clean including the inside of refrigerator and inside of all cabinets, front of all cabinets, drawers and any shelving and a basic clean to finish
Laundry/Dishes
Not included in any packages but can be provided for an additional cost
Pricing & Forms of Payment
Pricing is based on square footage and condition with all services. Company accepts Cash, Venmo, And Square ( charges a fee to process and will be added to the bill) Payments are due same day after services are rendered and to be paid by 8pm end of day. Late fee of $10 will be applied each day payment has not be received.
Cancellation Policy:
All customers are required to notify A Dreamer Clean no less than 48 hours in advance if they need to reschedule/cancel service. If customer fails to notify A Dreamer Clean of their need to reschedule/cancel service less than 48 hours in advance a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be billed to their account.
